Riot, a product-first cybersecurity platform in Paris, is hiring a Head of Small Business to build Riot's SMB acquisition engine from the ground up. You will define strategy, pick channels, run experiments, and ship scalable systems that scale domestically and internationally.

Reporting to leadership, this 0→1 role will impact growth across segments. You will own the full growth funnel, build the growth tech stack, work cross-functionally, and drive data‑driven optimization of acquisition

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in growth marketing with automation and scalable acquisition systems.
  • Strong product mindset and understanding of growth and product interdependence.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to analyze funnels and identify bottlenecks.
  • Experience in B2C and/or B2B acquisition; high-volume environments a plus.
  • High autonomy and ownership.
  • Fluent English and native French.
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

  • Define and own the SMB growth strategy and channels.
  • Build and optimize the growth funnel from awareness to activation.
  • Develop and implement the growth stack and automation.
  • Run rapid experiments and iterate based on data.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Translate market and user insights into GTM improvements.
