Riot Security Inc. in Paris is seeking its first Head of Small Business to build Riot’s SMB acquisition engine from the ground up, defining strategy, choosing channels, running experiments, and shipping scalable systems that work.

What you build in France will become the blueprint for Riot's growth internationally and across segments. Reporting to the CEO, this is a 0 → 1 role with company-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on growth marketing experience with scalable acquisition systems.
• Strong product mindset and understanding of growth and product interaction.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze funnels and drive improvements.
• Experience in B2C and/or B2B acquisition, high-volume environments a plus.
• Autonomy and ownership in previous roles.

Responsabilités

• Define Riot SMB acquisition strategy from scratch.
• Identify high-leverage acquisition channels (SEO, paid, product-led growth, partnerships).
• Build scalable growth loops and repeatable acquisition systems.
• Analyze and optimize the full funnel: acquisition to retention.
• Collaborate with Product to improve product-led growth mechanics.
