Creative Dock Group in Paris seeks an entrepreneurial General Manager / Venture Lead to own and build the French challenger business end-to-end. You will lead the French commercial strategy, drive acquisition and trial-to-repeat conversion, and manage the full P&L while steering an AI-native operating team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building demand and launching or scaling a consumer proposition with a lean team.
• Deep expertise across proposition development, consumer segmentation, acquisition, trial, conversion and retention.
• Full P&L ownership and a track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes in France.
• Strong understanding of French retail landscapes and regulated categories; tobacconists channel experience is a plus.
• AI-first operating philosophy with lean workflows and automation.
• Native or fluent French with working proficiency in English; Paris relocation or presence required.

• Take complete accountability for the unit's P&L, commercial outcome, and sustainable growth.
• Define and adapt the local consumer proposition, positioning, pricing, commercial model, and launch strategy.
• Co-design growth experiments focusing on awareness, trial, conversion and retention.
• Shape a word-of-mouth and community-led growth model with innovative activation approaches.
• Decide retail and distribution channels, including tobacconists and direct-to-consumer/subscription models.
• Manage relationships with corporate partners and report KPIs (CAC, retention, etc.).
• Ensure alignment with French commercial regulations in close collaboration with legal counsel.
