Job summary

UnFoldMart is launching in France and seeks a results-driven Head of France Sales to convert a target list into conversations and signed projects across branding, packaging, websites, performance marketing and AI search visibility.

You will own the go-to-market in France, build a 200-account target list, run French-language outbound, forge partnerships, manage the pipeline, and report insights to the Country Manager. Hybrid role in Paris with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B sales or business development for agencies, consultancies or SaaS.
Proven pipeline created from scratch with measurable results.
Fluent in French (C2) and English.
Knowledge of GDPR rules for B2B prospecting in France.
Motivated by targets and results-driven compensation.

Responsibilities

Define segments and the first 200 accounts to target.
Design outbound sequences in French via email, LinkedIn and calls.
Lead events, partnerships, and advisory relationships.
Qualify leads, book meetings, drive deals to signature with the Country Manager.
Test offers, report what converts, and maintain CRM with all interactions.
