DNV Group in Paris is seeking an HR Advisor fluent in French and English to support daily HR queries for five business areas and five locations across France, covering around 160 employees.

You will report to the Senior HR Manager for France and Switzerland and work within the GSS HR team, focusing on English-dominated inquiries while drafting French documents and templates as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR generalist.
• Strong drafting ability in French for documents and templates.
• Ability to handle and resolve employee relations issues with management support.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues (e.g. performance management, disputes, absence).
• Provide HR guidance to stakeholders on policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Liaise with employee representatives, authorities, or law firms on employment issues.
• Support Global Center teams with local specifics and interpretations.
• Assist with review, update and publication of local HR policies including PAG.
• Support local, regional and global HR projects and initiatives as they arise.
• Maintain knowledge of day-to-day legal requirements affecting employees.
