Job summary

DNV Group's GSS HR France unit is seeking an HR Advisor - French and English Speaking, based at our French headquarters in Paris.

You will support daily five business areas and 160 employees across five locations in France, handling HR queries in English (60%) and drafting documents in French.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager for France and Switzerland, you will advise managers, liaise with employee bodies and contribute to local policies and global HR projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong French writing skills.
• Experience advising on HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve employee relations issues, guiding line management.
• Provide policy interpretation and HR guidance to stakeholders.
• Liaise with employee representative bodies, authorities or law firms on employment issues.
• Support local, regional and global HR projects and initiatives as they arise.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for day-to-day employee management.
