Syneos Health France SARL seeks an HR Business Delivery Advisor to manage transactional HR activities, labor law compliance, and contract oversight across multiple functions. You will maintain personnel records, generate demographics reports, and coordinate with external agencies to support total rewards programs.

You will also handle Tier 3 inquiries, counsel managers on performance and engagement, and contribute to cross‑cultural HR initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment in France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including performance management and restructuring activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a global team.
• Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of how to communicate data and analytics findings.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing cross-cultural teams and understanding global HR practices.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Handle transactional and operational HR activities across multiple functional areas, including hiring, termination, labor law compliance, contract management, trainee programs, expatriate management, and retirement processes.
• Maintain personnel records and prepare statistical reports on employee demographics and skills inventory.
• Coordinate with external agencies such as government bodies, insurance companies, and unions.
• Oversee the implementation of total rewards programs.
• Manage Tier 3 HR inquiries and issues, delivering high-quality service in alignment with global HR standards and best practices.
• Provide performance guidance and engagement counseling to managers and employees to support a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
