Job summary

Amgen in France is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support Employee Relations across the EMEA region, conducting investigations and advising managers on complex workplace matters. The role requires fluency in English and French and a Bachelor’s in HR or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in managing complex Employee Relations casework.
• Strong understanding of European employment laws and HR practices across EMEA countries.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, impartial HR investigations across EMEA countries.
• Advise managers on policy, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Prepare well-documented investigation records and interview notes.
• Present findings to HR colleagues, Legal partners, and leaders clearly and objectively.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Learning & Development partners.
• Support COE initiatives and regional ER process standardisation.
