Job summary

DNV is seeking an HR Advisor (French and English Speaking) based in Paris to support 5 business areas and 5 locations in France, across about 160 employees. You will report to the Senior HR Manager for France and Switzerland and join a global HR team focused on enabling growth and compliance.

You will handle queries in English and draft French HR documents, combining policy interpretation with local law knowledge, in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as HR Generalist in a demanding and digitalized environment with strong knowledge of French Law on HR topics.
• Fluent in French and English; ability to interpret law and draft policies.
• Strong data governance and compliance focus; excellent stakeholder management.
• Adaptable in an international matrix organization; proactive in IT/digital initiatives.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve ways of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues; provide day-to-day guidance to line management with legal support as needed.
• Advise stakeholders on HR issues including policies, procedures, legislation and best practices.
• Liaise with employee representatives, authorities or law firms on employment matters.
• Support Global Center teams with local specifics and interpretations.
• Assist with reviewing and publishing local HR policies including PAG.
• Support local, regional, and global HR projects and initiatives as they arise.
• Maintain knowledge of day-to-day employment law and compliance.
