Drama Studios in Rennes is seeking a Production/Outsourcing Manager to oversee the external production pipeline for UNRECORD, a UE5-based narrative open world project. You will liaise with art outsourcing studios, freelancers, and service providers, ensuring asset deliveries meet contracts and quality standards.

Regular on-site presence is expected with partial remote work possible. The role requires strong organization, asset pipeline knowledge, and fluent English in a collaborative, studio

Qualifications

• Experience in production, outsourcing management or vendor management in games or related creative industries.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Excellent written communication: briefs, feedback notes, status reports.

Responsabilités

• Identify, evaluate and onboard outsourcing partners and freelancers per production needs.
• Consolidate inputs into clear briefs covering technical and creative components for leads and vendors.
• Plan, track and prioritize outsourced deliveries with schedules, budgets and contracts.
