Drama Studios seeks a highly autonomous engine programmer to analyze complex technical topics and propose practical optimizations. You will work on rendering and performance, leveraging strong C++ skills and deep Unreal Engine knowledge.

You will need to communicate low‑level constraints clearly to non-engine colleagues and operate with a data‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced development environment. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high autonomy to analyze complex technical subjects and propose improvements.
• Strong C++ skills with engine/render/performance focus experience.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine source code, not only public APIs.
• Solid knowledge of CPU/GPU architecture, memory management and multithreading.
• A measurement driven approach to optimization.
• Ability to communicate low level constraints clearly to non engine specialists.
• Fluent or professional English (written and spoken).
