EUC TECHS LTD in France is seeking experienced IT Support Specialists to provide onsite end-user computing support across Paris and suburbs. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software, supporting Windows endpoints, incident resolution, and delivering a high-quality user experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of Desktop Support or IT Service Desk experience, strong problem solving and customer service skills, and solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of professional IT Support / Desktop Support experience.
• Hands on experience with Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration.
• Exposure to ITSM and ticketing platforms and strong customer service.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and resolve incidents.
• Support Windows endpoints, including hardware and software deployment.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure alignment with SLAs.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and other IT teams on escalations.
