A technology services company is seeking a Mid-Senior level Desktop Support Engineer based in Paris. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in desktop support, be competent in the installation and configuration of operating systems, and provide support for audio video conferencing equipment. The role requires the ability to work with VVIPs and multiple IT service areas. Candidates must be EU citizens open to travel to Brussels.

• EU citizen with basis travel to Brussels.

Required Skills

• More than 8 years of experience in desktop support; competent in computer hardware break fix.
• EU citizen with basis travel to Brussels; competent in software Windows 11, Microsoft 365, etc.; break fix.
• Perform installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software on laptops and desktops.
• Audio video conference and meeting room equipment support (Microsoft Teams Room, Crestron, Polycom).
• Experience with Mobile Device Management; other support areas include VVIPs, VPN, office network, printers, copiers.
