Job Summary
We are looking for experienced IT Support Specialists / Desktop Support Engineers to provide onsite technical support to end users within an enterprise environment across France.
The successful candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows endpoints, resolving incidents and service requests, and delivering a high quality end user experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands on experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, End User Computing, Technical Support, or IT Service Desk environments. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and problem solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users.
- Provide desktop and end user support for laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
- Provide basic user and account support through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM and ticketing systems.
- Create, update, prioritize, and close support tickets in line with SLA requirements.
- Perform hardware replacement, device setup, software installation, desktop imaging, and workstation deployment.
- Support user onboarding, equipment provisioning, device replacement, and IT asset management.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting involving LAN, WiFi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Network, Infrastructure, Security, and other technical teams on escalated incidents.
- Provide remote support when required and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Follow ITIL based incident management, request fulfillment, escalation, and service management processes.
- Ensure IT equipment and endpoints comply with company security and configuration standards.

- Hands on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, application, hardware, and software issues.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration.
- Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or similar endpoint management platforms.
- Experience using ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM and ticketing platforms.
- Good understanding of basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience working in an SLA driven enterprise IT environment.
- Strong incident management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
