Jobtailor in Marseille is seeking an on-site IT/AV support technician to handle first-level support across Workplace and audiovisual systems, assist with events, training, and onboarding.

You will manage room setups, network testing, Teams, and device troubleshooting, creating procedures and handling Level 1 tickets, with strong interest in IT/AV tech and fluency in English preferred.

Description du poste

• Provide first-level on-site support across the entire Workplace and Audiovisual scope
• Provide support for Tangram staff, academy staff, and events
• Assist with and troubleshoot tablets and mobile devices
• Support the deployment and follow-up of newly implemented solutions
• Deliver written and verbal training to all personnel
• Create and update procedures
• Create and monitor the handling of Level 1 tickets
• Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding
• Provide first-level audiovisual support
• Prepare rooms, including network, Microsoft Teams, audio, and video testing
• Provide control-room support when cohorts are on site, particularly for audio, video, and lighting

Requirements

• Proficiency in the Windows client environment
• Experience with streaming platforms such as YouTube and Twitch is a plus
• Experience with the Adobe suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro, is a plus
• Fluency in English preferred
• Curiosity and a strong interest in new IT/AV technologies
• Availability for the full working window from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• On-site work; no remote working
