Jobtailor is seeking an on-site IT Support Level 1 specialist in Paris to handle user assistance, workstation setup, and incident resolution. You will manage Active Directory, Windows 10/11 environments, and ticketing workflows, escalating more complex issues when needed. Networking basics are a plus.

The role emphasizes documentation, knowledge sharing, and participating in internal IT projects such as deployments and hardware renewals. A Bac+2 level IT degree is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT (minimum Bac +2: BTS SIO, DUT in Computer Science or equivalent).
• Proven experience in on-site Level 1 support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Skills in Active Directory, ticketing tools, Microsoft 365 office suite.
• Networking knowledge appreciated.

Responsibilities

• User support and assistance
• Take ownership of and resolve Level 1 technical incidents (workstations, software, basic networking)
• Provide on-site support to employees
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions
• Escalate complex incidents to Level 2 or specialized teams
• Workstation management
• Install, configure and update Windows 10 / Windows 11 workstations
• Image deployment and system cloning (mastering)
• Replace and configure hardware components
• Administration & tools
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory
• Manage and track tickets using an ITSM tool
• Install and configure business applications
• Participate in internal IT projects (deployments, migrations, hardware renewals)
• Write and update technical documentation
• Raise user awareness and guide users on best practices

Requirements
