Jobtailor recrute un technicien IT support Niveau 1 et 2 à Paris. Vous assurerez le diagnostic et la résolution des incidents, l'installation de postes et l'administration des outils Microsoft 365 et GLPI.

Vous gérerez les comptes utilisateurs, accompagnerez les usages de Teams, SharePoint Online et OneDrive, et participerez à des projets d’intranet et de documentation. Profil: Bac+2 à Bac+5 en IT ou expérience équivalente, esprit d’équipe, sens du service et bonnes qualités relationnelles.

Qualifications

• Diplôme IT Bac+2 à Bac+5 ou expérience équivalente.
• Maîtrise Windows 11 et outils Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Connaissance d’Active Directory, GLPI et Intune serait un plus.
• Bon relationnel et sens de l’organisation.

Responsabilités

• Fournir support IT Niveau 1 et 2 aux employés.
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre incidents hardware, software et réseau.
• Préparer, installer et remplacer postes et équipements IT.
• Installer Windows, imprimantes, téléphones, visioconférence et périphériques.
• Gérer comptes utilisateurs et demandes routinières.
• Suivre les tickets dans GLPI et contribuer à l’amélioration des processus.

Description du poste

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents
• Prepare, install, and replace workstations and IT equipment
• Install and configure Windows workstations, printers, telephones, video conferencing equipment, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts and routine requests
• Track requests and incidents in GLPI
• Participate in the development of the intranet and collaborative workspaces
• Contribute to the organization of documentation in SharePoint
• Participate in the functional administration of Microsoft 365
• Support the rollout and use of Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Participate in creating and organizing collaborative workspaces
• Design and deliver training on Microsoft 365 tools
• Create guides, tutorials, and quick-reference sheets
• Raise employee awareness of digital best practices and collaborative working practices
• Participate in the deployment and replacement of IT equipment
• Contribute to hardware and software asset management
• Participate in the functional administration of GLPI and the improvement of support processes
• Keep procedures and user documentation up to date
• Identify user needs and recommend improvements
• Participate in the IT department's digital projects
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services and support quality
• Work in tandem with the support specialist and collaboratively with the entire IT team

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in IT at Bac+2 to Bac+5 level, or equivalent professional experience
• Comfortable working with several of the following environments: Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, GLPI, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of Entra ID, PowerShell, document management, or change management would be an advantage
• Enjoy interacting with users
• Patient, self-motivated, and organized
• Enjoy sharing knowledge, working as part of a team, and contributing to practical projects
• Able to support users in adopting new tools
