AvePoint is seeking an IT Administrator to manage our ticketing system and oversee setup, deployment, and configuration of computers and peripherals for new and existing users.
You will ensure smooth onboarding, maintain asset inventory, and provide responsive support for common IT issues. Travel up to 20% may be required; on-site work in a fast-paced environment is expected.

You’ll be the go-to person for resolving user requests, setting up hardware, and ensuring every employee has the tools they need to succeed. As an IT Administrator, your primary focus will be managing and resolving IT support requests through our ticketing system and handling the setup, deployment, and configuration of computers and peripherals for new and existing users. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding experiences, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide responsive support across a variety of common technical issues.
You’ll also assist with basic network troubleshooting, support internal events with hardware setup, and contribute to documentation that helps streamline IT operations.
