Jobtailor in Aix-en-Provence is seeking a skilled L2/L3 Infrastructure Engineer to diagnose and resolve complex incidents end-to-end. You will work across Windows and Linux environments, networks, and virtualization, focusing on observability, automation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, or L2/L3 technical support.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of systems and infrastructure administration.
• Strong knowledge of networks and TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability.
• Proficiency in incident and change management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Ability to independently diagnose technical issues and work in production environments.
• Experience in industrial environments or environments with stringent availability requirements is highly valued.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup systems, cloud infrastructure, or ITSM tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage incidents end to end.
