Jobtailor in Angers, Pays de la Loire, France, seeks an IT Support professional to install, configure and maintain desktop and laptop systems. You will image devices, deploy applications and support users across on-site and remote environments.

The role covers account management in Active Directory, software updates, hardware refreshes and ensuring high-quality ticket resolution in a fast-paced IT team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support and user assistance environment.
• Experience with Level 1/2 IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, install and configure desktop and laptop workstations.
• Image systems and integrate devices into the IT environment.
• Deploy business applications and software updates.
• Participate in hardware refreshes and upgrades of the IT estate.
• Configure user peripherals (printers, monitors, smartphones, docking stations).
• Handle level 1 and 2 incidents and service requests.
• Provide on-site and remote user support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and office productivity incidents.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Track tickets and ensure service quality for users.
• Assist with the management, inventory and monitoring of the IT asset fleet.
