Job summary

Econocom Belgium is seeking an experienced 2nd Line On-Site Support Engineer to join a small team delivering technical assistance within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux. You will manage escalations, perform on-site hardware and software support, and coordinate with vendors and Level 3 teams.

The role requires 3+ years of on-site IT experience, strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers and network troubleshooting, plus ITIL awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional on-site IT support experience.
• Proven incident management and user-support experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage escalations from Level 1; investigate incidents.
• Perform on-site configuration, hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Provide guidance and best practices to users; document actions.
• Coordinate with Level 3 teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain incident ownership until resolution.
