Job summary

Hermès in Paris is seeking a bilingual/trilingual customer advisor (Dutch, English, optional French) for its European e-commerce customer relations center. Based in the 9th arrondissement, you will handle omnichannel interactions and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

You will be the single point of contact for customers, manage orders, provide product information, and nurture lasting relationships across Europe in a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong sense of service and ability to put customers at the heart of concerns.
• Ability to work in a multilingual, multitasking context.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for European e-commerce customers via phone, email, and omnichannel channels.
• Follow up interactions and encourage sales with European e-commerce customers.
• Handle inbound calls for stores and provide product information, availability, and procedures (purchases, returns, exchanges).
• Build lasting customer relationships and manage a client portfolio to foster loyalty and cross-sell.
