Job summary

Hermès is looking for a bilingual customer advisor, fluent in French and English (another language is a plus), to support its European e-commerce entity and customer relations center in Paris. You will be the single point of contact for European customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats, advising on products, orders, returns, and store inquiries to deliver an exceptional omnichannel experience.

Fixed term contract, 35 hours 30 minutes a week, based in Paris (9th arrondissement).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be ambassador for Hermès and ensure end-customer satisfaction in e-commerce and retail.
• Handle multilingual interactions with customers via phone, e-mail and WhatsApp.
• Follow-up from start to finish of European e-commerce orders and develop sales.
• Provide product information and ensure an excellent omnichannel experience.
• Build lasting customer relationships and manage a client portfolio for loyalty.
