Job summary

Hermès is seeking a bilingual customer advisor fluent in French and English for its European e-commerce entity and customer relation center. You will manage end-to-end interactions with European e-commerce customers and serve as a single point of contact for customers contacting European stores.

Based in Paris (9th arrondissement), this fixed-term contract covers 35 hours and 30 minutes per week, Monday to Saturday with one day off.

• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.
