Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. in Montpellier is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to join our hospitality-focused team. You will drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with on-site activities across Montpellier and a focus on expanding Lightspeed’s regional footprint.

Build territory plans, conduct in-person demonstrations, and collaborate with Marketing for strategy alignment. You will leverage Salesforce to track opportunities, report on performance, and maintain

Qualifications

Proven experience in field and outbound sales.
Strong understanding of hospitality industry dynamics.
Experience with CRM and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain deep understanding of Montpellier hospitality market.
Shape territory sales plans using market insights.
Engage prospects through in-person meetings and tailored presentations to convert them into customers.
Lead territory with entrepreneurial mindset to drive revenue growth.
Guide clients from needs analysis to proposals, contracts, and onboarding.
Deliver demos showcasing Lightspeed POS and hospitality tech suite.
Maintain accurate Salesforce data for reporting and forecasting.
Drive outbound activities and attend industry events to grow leads.
Provide customer feedback to sales/marketing to refine strategy.
