Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Field Sales to join our growing EMEA team in Lyon. You will mentor and coach the sales team, shape ways of working, and drive market presence in Lyon.

You will coach, train and develop reps, help hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets, analyze pipeline and leverage metrics to act on opportunities. A data-driven mindset and sales leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or leading a sales team.
• B2B sales experience in technology, solution sales or fintech.
• Strong understanding of sales best practices and proven ability to close.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Data-driven decision making and a genuine interest in performance metrics.
• Passion for coaching and helping others develop.
• Thrives in a competitive, dynamic and target-driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action.
• Ownership to help build something new in a launch-phase environment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, motivate and develop the team.
• Provide regular coaching, training and feedback to help team members grow their sales careers.
• Help the team consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Analyse pipeline and performance metrics, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
• Support outbound initiatives that improve team performance and market reach.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Inbound, Implementation and Marketing to strengthen our customer journey and ways of working.
• Help grow the Lyon team’s culture, operating rhythm and local market presence.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members as the team grows.
