Alo Yoga Cannes is seeking a General Manager to lead, manage and continually develop all facets of the store's business. You will drive sales, profitability, merchandising, and a high-performing Sales, Operations, and Visual team that embodies ALO's mission.

Based in Cannes, you will cultivate a positive, productive work environment, nurture client relationships, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences while executing brand standards and local market strategies to grow our community presence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store team in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong people management, coaching and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand's retail strategies including customer experience and community connections.
• Lead Sales, Operations and Visual teams to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor KPIs and store performance to meet goals and budgets.
• Oversee onboarding, training and development for staff.
• Maintain wardrobe standards and brand adherence in-store.
