Job summary

ALO Yoga is seeking a Sales Associate in Cannes to deliver exceptional customer experiences, educate guests on our community and culture, and drive store performance. You will work with the leadership team to meet goals, maintain a welcoming shopping environment, and contribute to daily store operations including merchandising and product flow.

The role emphasizes product education, teamwork, and delivering a high-quality guest experience across Retail, Yoga, and Café initiatives.

Qualifications

Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel.
Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity and building trusting relationships.
Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
Proof of right to live and work in country from start of employment.

Responsibilities

Drive store sales by leading ALO's initiatives and achieving goals.
Ensure engaging, friendly shopping environment for guests.
Build client relationships daily with customers.
Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; support growth opportunities.
Manage front and back of house to ensure smooth store operations and product flow.
Educate guests on product, community and culture; support new product launches.
Support other areas of the business, including Sales and Cashier, as needed.
