Qualifications

• Experience in a client-centric sales environment preferred.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by delivering ALO experiences and brand mission.
• Lead sales initiatives and optimize productivity.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly shopping environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and drive results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and running selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on products, community and culture.
• Assist in processing shipments and merchandise flow.
• Support other store areas including Sales and Cashier.
