Figma is seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market in Paris to drive revenue and expand relationships with 500-5000+ employees. This full-time hybrid role sits in our Paris office and targets strategic accounts with senior executives.

You will manage pipeline, apply discovery and value-selling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance executive relationships through meetings and networking.

Qualifications

• Experience closing software or SaaS sales
• Proven ability to manage a multi-year enterprise sales cycle
• Fluency in French

Responsabilités

• Create and manage a pipeline of Mid‑Market accounts to meet or exceed targets
• Execute discovery and value‑selling to key decision makers
• Align with executives on business challenges for enterprise deployments
• Develop account plans and multi-thread with senior leaders
• Manage a book of business and minimize churn
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to position Figma and drive deals
