Qualifications

• Fluent in French; business-level English.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or platform sales.
• Proven ability to manage 0-to-100 pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a semi-annual GTM strategy to meet/exceed quotas in Mid-Market.
• Identify pains and craft narratives to drive lead gen and product adoption in France.
• Own end-to-end sales motion: qualification, education, pricing, negotiation, launch.
• Prioritize high-value leads and locate decision-makers quickly to maintain velocity.
• Manage a mature pipeline with a transparent forecast for leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Implementation to ensure seamless launches.
