Uber for Business is expanding its Mid-Market team in France. We are seeking a driven Account Executive to build and scale a local Uber community within business organizations with fewer than 5,000 employees.

This hunter role requires resilience, strategic storytelling, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations to win new mobility and delivery partnerships. In this fast-paced environment, you will own the end-to-end sales process from qualification to launch, collaborating with Product,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in 0-to-100 pipeline management and direct sales acquisitions.
• Proven track record of value-based selling and crafting narratives for products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute semi-annual GTM strategy to hit/exceed sales quotas in Mid-Market.
• Qualify prospects, educate on value, price, negotiate, and launch implementations for corporate customers.
• Identify high-value leads and accelerate speed to decision-makers to maintain momentum.
• Manage mature pipeline and forecast with rigorous cadence and transparency for leadership.
