Kéoni Consulting is seeking an Incident Manager to support major IT incident management across the group. You will coordinate incident response teams, communicate progress to business units, and ensure traceability of all incidents.

The role focuses on reducing downtime and aligning actions with ITIL practices. Based in Paris, you will work with IT departments to establish action plans, identify recurrence risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience handling major IT incidents and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with ITIL, incident and problem management processes.
• Proven ability to communicate incident status to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage lifecycle of major IT incidents within IT department.
• Coordinate incident response teams and monitor progress.
• Analyze impacts and propose appropriate resolution actions.
• Ensure traceability and regular activity reporting.
