Free2move in Paris is seeking a skilled IT Support specialist to manage our macOS fleet, SaaS ecosystem, and end-user services. You will own service requests via Jira Service Management and ensure new joiners are ready from Day 1.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT support, strong English, and hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Okta, Google Workspace, and Jira/Confluence. Hybrid work in our Paris office offers dynamic, international collaboration.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years in a dedicated IT Support or Helpdesk role.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong familiarity with the macOS ecosystem and hardware troubleshooting.
Practical knowledge of Jamf Pro, Okta, Google Workspace, and Jira/Confluence.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting UniFi or similar networking tools.
Excellent verbal and written English (mandatory).

Responsabilités

Own the Jira Service Management queue, resolving hardware and software requests quickly.
Administer core suites: Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure Day 1 readiness and secure departures.
Manage macOS devices with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
Maintain hardware inventory and sync MDM tools.
Create internal How-To guides in Confluence.
