Free2move, Paris-based mobility company, seeks an IT Support specialist to join the Client IT Team in Paris. You’ll manage the macOS fleet and administer Okta, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence to ensure a seamless digital workspace.

You will own onboarding/offboarding, security, and hardware inventory, using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager, while building Confluence guides to scale support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT Support or Helpdesk.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong familiarity with the macOS ecosystem and hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Jamf Pro, Okta, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting UniFi or similar networking tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the Jira Service Management queue for timely requests.
• Administer core suites: Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding to ensure Day 1 readiness and secure offboarding.
• Manage Apple fleet using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Maintain hardware inventory and keep MDM tools in sync.
• Create internal how-to guides in Confluence for self-service.
