ARCHIMED is seeking an IT End-User Support Specialist at our Lyon headquarters. You will be the primary IT contact for the site, delivering high-quality end-user support, ensuring workplace technology reliability, and contributing to ISD projects across the firm.

You will manage a multicultural user base, administer Microsoft 365, handle asset inventory, and support onboarding/offboarding while collaborating with cross-geography ISD teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar IT helpdesk/desktop support role.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite including Entra ID.
• Familiar with ITSM tools (iTop) and ITIL basics.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Strong client-service focus as the IT face of the business.

Responsabilités

• Be the first and primary IT contact for the Lyon site and assist other offices.
• Manage tickets via ITSM tool in line with ITIL practices.
• Provide Level 1/2 support for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Deliver a professional, client‑oriented service to an international user base.
• Deploy and maintain end‑user devices and peripherals.
• Manage asset inventory and lifecycle of IT equipment.
• Support audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment and related IT.
• Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and licenses.
• Support onboarding/offboarding for Lyon staff.
