Fendi at Printemps Paris seeks a Store Director to embody the Maison’s vision, drive commercial performance, and lead an exceptional team in a prestigious luxury setting. You will cultivate lasting client relationships, elevate the client experience, and ensure impeccable brand standards across operations.

You will accelerate growth, champion CRM-driven clientengagement, and guide the team with an entrepreneurial mindset while upholding Fendi’s heritage and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in luxury retail management.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive performance and targets.
• Fluent English; additional languages highly valued.
• Exceptional communication, selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance and achieve ambitious business objectives using KPI management and action plans.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth across categories through cross-selling and client development.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results.
• Elevate store performance with data-driven insights, including client feedback and analytics.
• Develop a loyal FENDI clientele through CRM, clienteling and exclusive in-store experiences.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and providing feedback.
