Fendi in Paris’s Avenue Montaigne flagship seeks a Store Director to embody the Maison’s vision, lead the business with entrepreneurial mindset, drive performance, and elevate client experiences. You will accelerate growth through client relationships, training, and CRM, while upholding luxury standards, craftsmanship, and Fendi values across the team and store operations.

This role requires 10+ years in senior retail management, a degree, English fluency, and a passion for delivering memorable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior retail management role, ideally luxury.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages valued.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance with KPI management and commercial action plans.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth across categories via cross-selling and client development.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to inspire the team’s results.
• Elevate performance with data-driven insights, including Mystery Shopper results and client feedback.
• Champion an elevated client experience in line with luxury standards.
• Develop a loyal FENDI clientele through CRM, clienteling and exclusive experiences.
• Act as a FENDI ambassador, building lasting client relationships.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team and partner with HR on talent progression.
• Ensure store operations, stock management, controls and compliance.
• Optimize staffing, Visual Merchandising and cost awareness to reflect the Maison’s priorities.
