Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably luxury.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive performance and targets.
• Exceptional communication, selling and relationship-building skills.
• Inspirational leadership with accountability and professionalism.
• Impeccable personal presentation and luxury service understanding.
• Strong organisational, administrative and financial skills.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on elevating client experiences.
• Digital fluency and knowledge of retail management systems.
• Fluency in English; other languages valued.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance and achieve ambitious objectives using KPI management and action plans.
• Identify growth opportunities across categories and leverage cross-selling and client development.
