Loro Piana is seeking a Clienteling & CRM Specialist to elevate customer relationships across its Paris stores. You will partner with store management to drive clienteling activities, support staff performance, and maintain up-to-date customer databases using the My Touch app for every sale.

The role emphasizes data analysis, CRM project coordination with EMEA Marketing and WW Digital teams, and training/coaching to sales advisers within a luxury retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales, CRM experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer data analysis and relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.

Aufgaben

• In partnership with store management, manage the clienteling strategy with each sales associate on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Support the performance of store staff.
• Be responsible for developing and updating customer databases.
• Coordinate all clienteling reporting tools provided by the marketing department for the shop team to ensure that KPIs relating to data entry, frequency and retention are met by using the My Touch app for every sale.
• Act as the point of contact and ambassador for the use of the My Touch app within the shop and help to improve its usage.
• Act as the point of contact for the EMEA Marketing CRM and WW Digital teams for all My Touch and CRM projects.
• Provide training support and coaching to sales advisers.
