Job summary

360 Talent recherche un conseiller de vente dans le secteur du luxe à Paris. Vous assurerez une expérience client personnalisée et maîtriserez les collections en visant les KPI du magasin.

Vous développez un portefeuille VIP, parlez couramment le français et l’anglais, et vous impliquez dans le CRM et le clienteling pour fidéliser la clientèle. En équipe, vous soutenez les opérations quotidiennes et les standards visuels de la boutique.

Qualifications

• 4–5 ans d’expérience dans le luxe.
• Expérience avérée avec les KPI, CRM et prises de rendez-vous client.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral).

Responsibilities

• Maîtriser les collections et viser les KPI du magasin.
• Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle et personnalisée (CRM, clienteling, book client).
• Être ambassadeur de la marque et développer un portefeuille VIP.
• Contribuer au bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes et au maintien des standards visuels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the collections and products, while consistently striving to exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized client experience, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service.
• Act as a true Brand Ambassador, cultivating long-term relationships with new clients and developing a strong portfolio of VIP clientele.
• Contribute to the smooth running of daily store operations, working closely with the team and management to maintain impeccable standards across the sales floor, stockroom and visual merchandising.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4–5 years of experience within the luxury fashion industry.
• Proven experience working with KPIs, CRM and client appointments, with a strong commercial and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

OFFERING

• Salary up to €40K, depending on experience.
