Richemont Iberia SL in Paris is seeking a Head of Digital Stylist to lead CRM-driven clienteling for top online clients, growing the VIC portfolio and designing seamless journeys across the e-commerce platform.

You will manage a team, onboard and coach Online Stylists, and ensure premium one-to-one experiences, events, and personalized product recommendations. Fluent in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in retail or online VIC clienteling within a luxury environment.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) required.
• Proficiency with CRM and e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the annual CRM and clienteling strategy.
• Build the yearly clienteling calendar, including campaigns, gifting, events, and key client touchpoints.
• Develop client segmentation strategies and identify growth opportunities within the VIC portfolio.
• Partner with the Central Client Team to ensure alignment across markets.
• Manage the annual clienteling budget and gifting strategy.
• Analyze client behavior and CRM performance to optimize engagement and retention.
• Introduce innovative clienteling initiatives and monitor luxury market best practices.
