Job summary

Loro Piana in Paris seeks an experienced clienteling and CRM specialist to partner with store management and drive data‑driven sales. You will leverage luxury retail expertise to enhance customer relationships and optimize performance.

You will coach sales advisers, manage reporting tools, and act as liaison for Marketing CRM projects using My Touch, strengthening data integrity and KPI delivery across the shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and CRM experience in luxury retail.
• Strong data analysis and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to manage clienteling daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Support the performance of store staff.
• Coordinate clienteling reporting tools to meet KPIs via data entry, frequency and retention using the My Touch app.
• Act as the point of contact and ambassador for the My Touch app in the shop.
• Serve as liaison for EMEA Marketing CRM and WW Digital teams on My Touch and CRM projects.
• Provide training support and coaching to sales advisers.
