Job summary

Luxury Design Company is seeking an Account Executive Hospitality in Paris to grow the hospitality, contract and commercial business across France. You will build relationships with clients, pitch product capabilities, and manage projects from lead to quote to sale.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 3–8+ years sales experience within hospitality, commercial or contract sectors.
• Willing to travel 60–80% across Paris and France.
• Goal-oriented and driven self-starter who can work independently and with a team.
• Fluent in French with strong English proficiency.
• Ability to present design solutions (fabric, wallcovering, trim, carpet).
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and accountability.
• Maintain up-to-date client databases and pipeline.
• Proactive in growing hospitality, commercial and contract business.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contract, and build relationships with clients across Hospitality, Contract and Commercial sectors.
• Maximise sales of product categories for hospitality and commercial clients.
• Serve as main contact to pitch capabilities and secure leads and quotes.
• Plan presentations, meetings, and events for designers and clients.
• Update client libraries and provide samples to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Manage project pipeline and analyze territory for growth opportunities.
• Represent the luxury brand and uphold high service standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to follow up on leads and pipeline.
• Use marketing, sales, and reporting tools to manage orders and pipeline.
