Job summary

Pernod-Ricard seeks an experienced hospitality supervisor to ensure personalized guest reception and high-end service within the house or at external sites. You will organize setups for events, manage staff schedules, and collaborate with chefs and suppliers to showcase wines and products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personalized guest reception within the house or at external sites and comfort during stay.
• Organize setup and service (table service, cocktails, tastings, meeting rooms) for receptions.
• Coordinate housekeeping/maintenance with subcontractors; ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Schedule temporary staff, training, and manage staff hours for guest house operations.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen and guests, ensuring wine and food service during receptions.
