Job summary

Champagne Perrier-Jouët is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to ensure personalized guest reception and high-end service across house events and external sites in Épernay. You will manage setup, service, guided house tours, and wine recommendations while maintaining impeccable standards.

Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping quality with external providers, coordinating temporary staff, ordering consumables, and handling stock for wine cellars and reception materials.

• Extensive experience in F&B and luxury/high-end environments.
• Experience in management.
• Attention to detail, organisation and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest reception and ensure comfort throughout stays and events.
• Oversee housekeeping quality and coordination with subcontractors to maintain hygiene and equipment.
• Manage resources, scheduling, procurement of consumables, and stock for receptions and tastings.
• Collaborate with Maître d’hôtel, Executive Chef, and Event Coordinator to ensure seamless guest experiences.
