Alma in Paris is seeking a seasoned Lifecycle/CRM professional to own the B2B lifecycle from lead to active merchant. You will design journeys for onboarding, activation, retention and win-back across channels, using live data to target the right merchants at the right moment.

You will drive the migration away from HubSpot toward Braze or Customer.io, define data models and deliverability, and measure activations and TPV with controlled experiments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM or marketing automation across B2B and B2C.
• Hands-on with modern customer engagement platforms and data-driven campaigns.
• Strong writing and collaboration skills with Sales, Ops and Product Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Own the B2B lifecycle from lead to active merchant across channels.
• Design journeys for lead nurturing, onboarding, activation, retention and win-back.
• Target merchants using live data segments (industry, size, country, TPV, usage).
• Run a yearly campaign calendar alongside always-on journeys with clear rules.
• Lead migration from HubSpot to Braze/Customer.io and oversee data model and deliverability.
