You will lead with 7+ years in software/ML AI, drive AI product roadmaps, and mentor teams, leveraging LangGraph, LangChain, and vector databases within AWS/GCP environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software/ML AI fields.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence Product and Business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Tech Strategy for your domain and define the agent roadmap.
• Lead AI system development with scalable, reliable architectures.
• Drive adoption and measure business impact across the domain.
• Establish technical excellence with guardrails, testing, and observability.
• Grow AI capability by mentoring engineers and sharing reusable components.
