Mirakl in Paris or Bordeaux is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to transform cutting-edge AI technologies into reliable, scalable products for 450+ retailers and B2B customers worldwide.

You'll combine deep AI engineering expertise with product sense to identify high-impact opportunities, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll lead architecture decisions and drive AI adoption across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to influence Product and Business decisions

Responsabilités

• Own Tech Strategy for Your Domain and define the agent product roadmap
• Lead AI System Development with production-grade architecture decisions
• Drive Adoption & Business Impact by measuring usage and outcomes
• Establish Technical Excellence with guardrails, testing, and observability
• Grow AI Capability by mentoring engineers and sharing reusable components
