The Peninsula Paris, located at 19 Avenue Kléber, is seeking a Laundry Supervisor Intern to join our luxury five-star hotel team in central Paris. You will work under supervision to maintain hygiene, prepare linens and uniforms, and support opening and closing procedures.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, are team players, and are guest-focused. Fluency in English is required, with a third language preferred; previous hotel experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness throughout the laundry facilities.
• Adhere to Peninsula standards while delivering Palace-level service.
• Prepare linens and uniforms; manage opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure guest and employee linens are changed or replaced throughout the day.
• Assist with uniform fittings, conveyor profiles, and order tracking.
• Participate in quality checks of room and food service linens and record findings.
• Manage dispatch of orders from various food service outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the linen room and on the conveyor belt area.
• Perform basic sewing and embroidery under supervision.

Key accountabilities :

• The laundry intern must maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness throughout the laundry facilities.
• He or she must adhere to Peninsula standards while providing Palace-level customer service.
• He/she is responsible for preparing linens and uniforms, as well as for opening and closing procedures for the facilities.
• He/she ensures that guest and employee linens are changed or replaced throughout the day.
• Assist the team in conducting uniform fittings for new employees, creating profiles on the conveyor system, entering uniform information into the system, and tracking orders
• Participate in quality control checks of room and food service linens with the supervisor and record findings in the HID system (rejects and non-conforms)
• Manage the dispatch of orders from various food service outlets
• Maintain cleanliness and order at all times in the linen room, as well as on the conveyor belt, its hatches, and adjacent areas
• Perform basic sewing and embroidery under the supervision of a team member
